Iida Pilgrim Rest Center is located along the Shikoku Pilgrimage route between Temple 82 – Nekoji and Temple 83 – Ichinomiya Temple. The building was renovated and opened by a private organization in 2006, for the sole purpose of providing a place for pilgrims to stop for a break and promote cultural exchange. The center provides a wide variety of facilities, refreshments, and snacks. Visitors will find a neatly organized lounge area with plentiful cushions and an open dining space. It even features a Japanese garden in the middle of everything.
